Returns & Changes

Perishable Food Items 

 Food and perishable products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless there is a quality issue or defect. 

In such cases:

• The customer must contact the Company within 24 hours of receipt.
• Returns are accepted only if the product has not been consumed and is in its original packaging.

Non-perishable Products 

 For non-perishable products, the right to withdraw without reason applies within 14 days, as per Law 2251/1994. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with return costs borne by the customer.
