1. Introduction

  • Viva Wallet (charging cards or Viva Wallet account balance)

Prices include 24% VAT. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available throughout Greece via courier services. Orders are delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location. Shipping costs are calculated before order completion.

The Company takes every possible measure to ensure proper packaging of products, especially perishable food items. However, the Company is not responsible for damages during transport unless caused by improper packaging on its part.

6. Return Policy

Perishable Food Items 

 Food and perishable products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless there is a quality issue or defect. In such cases:

  • The customer must contact the Company within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product has not been consumed and is in its original packaging.

Non-perishable Products 

 For non-perishable products, the right to withdraw without reason applies within 14 days, as per Law 2251/1994. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with return costs borne by the customer.

7. Quality Assurance

The Company ensures the quality of its products. All products are inspected for safety and suitability before being made available. If a product has an issue, please contact the Company immediately.

8. Personal Data

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays due to external factors or events of force majeure.
